Cho 200ml sữa, 3 muỗng canh bơ đun tan chảy vào máy xay sinh tố, đánh đều lên. Sau đó thêm từ từ 1 chén bột mì và 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối vào cùng, đánh bông lên, sao cho hỗn hợp không loãng, có độ sánh vừa phải.
Sau đó bật sẵn lò nướng ở 180 độ C. Tiếp theo, dùng cọ quét một lớp mỏng dầu ăn vào các khuôn bánh, sau đó mới rót bột vào.
Cuối cùng, lò cũng nóng, cho khuôn bánh vào nướng trong khoảng 15 phút. Sau 15 phút, hạ nhiệt độ xuống khoảng 120 độ C và nướng thêm 10 phút nữa. Khi bánh có màu vàng nâu, vỏ bánh giòn, xốp là có thể bắc ra.
Bánh này ăn nóng hay nguội đều thơm ngon. Vì là bánh mặn nên ăn với mứt dâu hay cam, táo, đào... ngon lắm.
