An excellent read!
I have looked forward to reading this book for some time. It only took a few hours to read. I enjoyed reading about Diamond and Silk's history in politics and beyond. They are two great patriots and I love what they stand for!

Inspiring American Women
I would recommend this book to anyone who needs an uplifting real life story. To women who think they can't succeed. Also, to anyone who needs a reality check on what it means to be REAL and achieve against the odds. Diamond and Silk share so many life lessons that are applicable. Many readers can say, yes that happened to me too, they draw you in like you are having a family conversation you can learn from. Brilliant! A true lesson in perseverance and being, your authentic self. I love these two true American women.

Like a good conversation
I like the loose feel of the book, and it's what you'd want from them if you listen to their podcast. The book jumps back and forth from one girl speaking to the other speaking, by italicizing what Silk says to separate it from what Diamond says. The book reads like dialogue in a play.
Book not signed ;(
I received my copy of Diamond and Silk's book Uprising. I can't wait to read it! I was one of the first people to order the book last December. It was advertised as an autographed copy to people who pre-ordered the book. However, I received the book today, but to my disappointment, it was not signed. I love these ladies! Just hate that this book wasn't autographed.
Two American Treasures
I first saw these two ladies on Facebook and I was amazed that they were saying just what I was also thinking . They are serious , funny and oh so smart!! I love listening to them and cheering them on. Keep telling the truth on your videos because you two are among the very few who do. I will keep listening! Don’t ever change . You are like two Angels in a sea of devils. God bless you both. Loved the book!
Excellent Read
Just finished the book. Fast read by two funny, articulate, smart, courageous women! Love the story and bits of wisdom included throughout. Would highly recommend it for anyone who is interested in how to accomplish a dream in America. Should be a compulsory read for kids in school.
