Không cần mất quá nhiều thời gian bạn cũng có thể tự làm cho mình món thịt khô heo nướng khô vô cùng thơm ngon, bổ dưỡng. Cách làm khô heo này dành làm tặng ông xã nhâm nhi cùng bạn bè thật tuyệt.
Thịt thăn heo rửa sạch, băm nhuyễn, ướp với 1 muỗng canh nước mắm, 1 muỗng canh rượu trắng, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu, 1/2 muỗng cà phê ớt bột, 1/3 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng canh đường trắng, trộn đều để khoảng 30 phút. Trong lúc chờ, trải giấy bạc ra khay nướng, quết đều dầu ăn lên. Cho thịt thăn heo lên, dàn đều, dùng chày cán mỏng.
Trải 1 lớp nilon lên miếng thịt. Cho thịt thăn heo vào lò, nướng ở nhiệt độ 180 độ C trong 25 phút. Sau 25 phút, bỏ lớp nilon bảo vệ bên trên thịt đi, quết một lớp mật ong và rắc mè trắng phủ đều miếng thịt. Cho vào lò, tiếp tục nướng 25 phút nữa. Khi thịt đã khô, miếng thịt rắn chắc thì bỏ ra.
Để thịt nguội, cắt thành miếng nhỏ hoặc dài và thưởng thức. Món thịt khô heo ngon miệng đã hoàn thành!
