Cho 150g đường nâu, 180ml nước tương, 60ml nước, 1 muỗng canh giấm gạo, 1 muỗng canh ớt sa tế, 1 muỗng canh dầu mè, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu, 1 muỗng cà phê gừng băm và 5 tép tỏi băm nhuyễn vào tô khuấy đều rồi cho vào nồi nấu trên lửa lớn.
Trong khi đó, cho 2 muỗng canh bột bắp , 1 muỗng canh nước vào chén khuấy đến khi hỗn hợp mịn, mượt. Khi nước sốt sôi, chế từ từ bột bắp vào và khuấy cho thật đều. Để sôi thêm 1 phút nữa thì tắt bếp, để nguội. Chế sốt BBQ vào hũ thủy tinh, đậy kín nắp là có thể dùng được 2 tuần.
Với một chút ít thời gian và nguyên liệu là bạn đã có ngay 1 hũ nước sốt BBQ để ướp thịt rồi đó.
